You pull back the sheets, and let Florette unstrap a small device from your foreleg, before carefully sliding your hooves off the bed and onto the wooden floor. You feel a slight discomfort in your left side as you stand, but nothing that you can't tolerate.

Florette: "Feeling better?"

You nod, and thank the cleric again for nursing you back to health. As you begin to gather your belongings, you notice that a hole in your gear has been mended.

Florette: "You're welcome, Trailblazer. You are still recovering, so be sure to limit your physical activity for the next few days. And if it starts to hurt, listen to your body, and let a cleric know as soon as possible.

Oh, and don't worry about dressing up warmly today. I don't remember a time when the weather was ever this pleasant here in Elysia."

Following Florette's advice — and not feeling like wearing much over your still-sensitive flank anyway —, you put most of your and Moonflower's equipment into your weightless sidereal bag.

You get Beige Earmuffs, 4 Black Snow Boots, 4 Brass Horseshoes, Charcoal Coat, Charcoal Ushanka, First Aid Kit, Grey Coat, 2 Mirror Shin Guards, 2 Tan Mufflers, Tempered Simple Breastplate, and Trailblazer's Magic Saddlebags!

As you step outside, you find yourself in what feels like a completely different place. For what may be the first time since you arrived in Midgard, the morning sun shines brightly in the deep blue sky above, where a few white fluffy clouds lazily drift about.

Elysia's once desolated streets are now bustling with ponies, some working together to build scaffolding or repair damaged structures, while others pull supply carts from one district to another, chatting happily along the way.

The crisp breeze carries the refreshing smells of pine and snow, as well as a cacophony of echoing hammers, saws, and distant hollering and laughter. True to Smoke's words, the city has never felt so alive.

After wandering around in search of a familiar face, your party comes across two of them, unexpectedly together: Auric Bastion and Justice. They each offer you a relieved smile and a nod as you approach to greet them.

Justice: "Trailblazer. I heard you took down the city's antimagic field, and faced Empyrius in battle. Good to see you none the worse for wear."

Auric Bastion: "Indeed, it is good to see you back on your hooves. Your deeds have brought great change in Midgard, as I am sure you've noticed. There is still much work to be done, but the blindfold which once divided us has finally been cast off, thanks to you and yours."

Humbled by the praise, you remark that Solar Flare was the one who defeated Empyrius in the end. Speaking of whom, you ask if anyone has seen the knight since then.

Auric Bastion: "I am afraid not. Although we have searched the ruins of the Cathedral high and low, no traces of him nor the Crown were found.

We did, however, recover this stone, which I recall Sir Solar Flare entrusted to you. Here, I thought I would see it returned to you personally. A shard appears to have broken off, yet I was unable to piece it back together."

You get Purified Philosopher's Stone, and Shard of Purified Philosopher's Stone!

You thank Auric Bastion for returning it to you, and put it away safely. If anything, that the Philosopher's Stone found its way back to you might be of some significance.

Justice: "That reminds me: will you be heading back to the Undercity any time soon? We could not have secured the generator in time without your help, and to say that it was a near thing would be an understatement.

Novelty should have your reward by now. But if you'd prefer, I can get it delivered to you instead."
