We need to charm or persuasive guard that Smoke is not a beast but a wonderful intellectual person and she not gonna harm anypony.

[Persuasion] You roll an 11 (required 9). Success!

Before your dragon companion can do something rash, you jump to her defence. You tell the knight that she is no beast, but a visitor just like you, and that she should not be treated differently.

The guards look to each other in silence, then to Smoke, and then back to you. One of them nods, then speaks once more.

Knight: "By your word, should you choose to bring it along, then you will all be found liable for any disturbances it may cause. You may enter. Keep your weapons stowed."

With that, the guards step aside, allowing you to pass. And so, your party enters the city together as one.

As you walk along the road north to the marketplace, you decide to have a chat with Smoke. Recalling what Clear Fountain told you, you let her know that some ponies here may not trust outsiders easily, and that you should all be on your best behaviour. The dragon purses her lips.

Smoke: "No promises."

Apple Basket: "Come on, now. Trailblazer did take your side back there, when he could'a let you wait outside. Least you could do is try."

Smoke: "He did, didn't he? Alright, fine, I'll try."

You thank Smoke for her effort, and enter the tailor's shop. You find Platinum Twine still working at his machine, and as he turns to greet you, Moonflower presents Glint's note to him.

Platinum Twine: "You've returned. And I see you've brought quite the... eccentric creature with you. Well, no matter. Let's see here... hmm. According to this commendation, you've gone above and beyond the task I gave you. And if my provider is satisfied, then so am I.

Now, to conclude my end of the bargain, feel free to take anything you need from the discount area, just over here. Although, I can't say anything was tailored to fit this new... friend of yours, but you are welcome to try."

	The Mortal Paper Fist:
	Take a coats and a Knit caps/Ushanka (whatever each one prefers) for Apple Basket, Moonflower and us. Take a scarf for Moonflower and Smoke. Take a pair of boots for Apple Basket and us. Also take the earmuffs for anycreature who may need them the most later. It’s unlikely that outfits made for quadrupeds would fit Smoke but let’s try away. If she can wear one of the coats buy an additional jacket. If she can wear a hat buy that one as well. Let everycreature chose for him/herself what colors he/she wants to wear.

	Yoshimon1:
	The two sets of boots will be useful for mountain climbing for us and Basket, Moon has her wings to help her not slip. Then let's get the Charcoal Ushanka and coat for us. Since we already have two scarves for three ponies, we should also get a muffler. Red for adventure? Basket and Moon can pick what they like. And Smoke... The clothes probably won't fit her, but she could also try some head wear and a muffler if she wants.

	Just let everypony (and dragon) choose what their fashion sense is telling them. Then go to the hostel and check if they have any work you can do in exchange for spending the night there.

	Ask smoke if she's coping with cold well enough as a dragon and if it's because she's 'smoking hot'. Claim the charcoal coat, the ushanka, the black snow boots, and the wine red muffler as your reward, then proceed to mimic the dragon with the looks! The others can choose their own stuff I reckon.

	For Trailblazer: Chestnut Ushanka, Gray Coat, Tan Muffler, Taupe Snow Boots. For Moonflower: Charcoal Ushanka, Charcoal Coat, Gray Muffler, Black Snow Boots. For Apple Basket: Auburn Knit Cap, Sienna Coat, Wine Red Muffler. For Smoke: Well... she can pick whatever she wants that's left? Maybe the Beige Earmuffs and/or Coffee Brown Jacket, if she feels like it? It doesn't look like she needs much in the way of warm clothes, but maybe she'll enjoy the fashion? Not sure that they would fit her, but maybe with an adjustment or two? After all, we gotta do what we can to make her feel welcome. On that note, are there wing holes on these clothes for Moonflower and Smoke? If not, might Twine be so kind as to make the necessary adjustments as thanks for our efficacy? Otherwise, we probably won't win any fashion shows, but that'll leave our party well-covered and warm. A handsome reward for a task well-performed! Poor Basket will be bootless, but he's the most vigorous of you three, so hopefully, it will be less of a problem for him.
