You make your way to the marketplace, past a dozen food stalls, until you reach a hanging sign depicting a weaving shuttle. You push through the wooden door next to it, and enter the tailor's shop.

Inside the shop, racks of earth-toned headgear, jackets, mufflers, and hoofwear fill the main room, with a few mannequins by the window displaying the latest designs of a foreign fashion. Along the walls are deep shelves holding colourful rolls of fabric, spools of thread, and other sewing materials.

To the right, sitting in front of some sort of mechanized loom, a middle-aged stallion turns from his work to greet you.

Tailor: "Welcome. Are you here to make a purchase, or did you require something custom-fitted?"

Recalling Apple Basket's interaction with a merchant in Astora earlier, you decide to first introduce yourselves as outsiders, and try asking the tailor about the local currency.

Tailor: "The only valued currency I know of is the bronze bit, a coin the colour of its namesake, as I'm sure you can imagine. And since you had to ask, it must be safe to assume that you have no means to pay?"

You tell him that you are adventurers on your way to Elysia, and admit that you are still looking for means to make some money.

Tailor: "Regrettably, I don't have any bits to spare at the moment, let alone the time to employ untrained hooves. The hostel, however... hmm.

Although, I suppose you will be buying from me regardless, seeing as you won't make it far south of here in those threads. Unless you can somehow grow a winter coat overnight, that is."

The stallion grabs a nearby clipboard, and gives it the once-over.

Tailor: "Yes, now that I think about it, there may be something you could do for me. You see, one of my suppliers is running unusually late, and I am far too busy with this order to investigate the why of it.

Should you find a way to resolve whatever the cause of this may be, then I will be most eager to part with a few warmer articles from my collection.

A mundane task, to be certain. Still, if you are interested, then I will give you directions to the supplier, loosely an hour's walk from the gate. Otherwise, the store closes at seven o'clock."
