Oh boy, here I go 😆... I will shoot for the moon (this is very much my wishlist) and trust the QM to not write about things that we shouldn't know, or that they wouldn't have fun writing. And keep in mind, I suppose I'm the only one who would be interested in a lot of the details. But I am very interested. 👀

If there is more info than "just watch the show", can we get a rundown of Equestria's history, at least to the level of detail learned by Trailblazer during school at the orphanage? Naturally we'd have the founding of Equestria, the Pillars of Equestria/Starswirl, the coronation of Celestia and Luna, the petrification of Discord, Nightmare Moon and Luna's banishment, the ascension of Cadance, then all the events of the show. Maybe we can ask Honourshine about it while we're stuck waiting in the ship to get a more detailed lore page 😛.

Could we get a lore page on Equestria's economy and guilds? I know guilds have been mentioned in the story before. What guilds are there, and what are they responsible for? A few were name-dropped in 2023-01-16 like they were common knowledge. Is guild membership universal or less so? Do they wield a great deal of economic/political influence? Or is it more relaxed than that? Are they organized more at a national or local level? Tattle Tail did say "Canterlot guilds" in 2023-01-16 so maybe they don't have much influence outside the city/region they're based in?

How "industrialized" could we say Equestria is? How much capitalism is there?

I know the special Canterlot currencies have been mentioned (2023-05-15), but I don't think Trailblazer would know all about them, and we have Honourshine to ask.

Can we get a map of Equestria, and a rundown of the regions/provinces and their distinctive geographic features, climate, major cities, and economic activities/industries (mining, logging, haypacking, etc.)? Or is that making the story too inflexible? I suppose Trailblazer might not have paid that much attention to economic stuff in their travels, but I think it's interesting 😛. There's some kind of classification hinted at in 2016-06-05, which mentions the "West Alpine Region" and Smokey Mountains. Does Equestria have any borders or is it the whole continent? Is there a big distinction between Equestria the continent and Equestria the state?

Could we get a lore page on what we learned when we were trained by the Equestrian Exploration Society, and what that education/training was like? I assume we learned survival skills, surveying/mapmaking skills, and maybe some basic creature handling (at least, what common creatures there are and how best to react when encountering them)? (A bestiary lore page would be pretty cool too.) Did we do a lot of fieldwork or an apprenticeship or something? Did we have a bunch of classmates, so we know most of the official explorers our age?

Maybe on the same or a different page, what did we do between leaving the orphanage and moving to Hoofington? We fulfilled exploration contracts all over Equestria, I assume? What kind of jobs/work can an explorer expect? I can kind of guess that it's left deliberately vague either because it's truly unimportant, or to allow future flexibility (e.g., to allow somepony from our past to show up randomly).

Could we get a lore page on Equestria's diplomatic situation? If there's enough info that's common knowledge, or what would've been picked up on in history class to write one?

Are there any other organized states nearby that Equestria has proper diplomatic relations with? For how long? It seems the Griffon kingdom has been well known in Equestrian history (2023-06-05).

In the show, it's a bit unclear how entities like the Crystal Empire, the Buffalo, all the desert species/badlanders from the MLP movie, and Dragons are organized, and whether they're client states/politically dependent on Equestria or independent. Equestria at War has an interpretation of this.

I'd like to know about Equestria's military too, but unfortunately I wouldn't expect to know much besides that the royal guard exists and that there's a (water/air) navy (2017-12-11).

Could we get a lore page on what we know about Equestria's political system, assuming we took a civics/social studies class at the orphanage, and that there's more to it than just "Celestia is in charge, period"? Honourshine studied biology (2024-04-01), although it isn't explicitly said whether it was at the orphanage or later at "college". I want to say the former based on the phrasing. If so, then civics/social studies would've been in the mix too.

In terms of the show's lore, I know Lauren Faust imagined Celestia as the absolute/final authority. However, Earth ponies seem to have some democratic traditions like having a "Chancellor" in Hearth's Warming Eve and possibly electing the mayor of Ponyville (there was a scrapped early episode idea about a mayoral election). There's also the Grand Equestria Pony Summit in Princess Spike, so clearly there's some consultation involved in running the country, and what we see in A Royal Problem ("delegates" from towns, Celestia's duties).

I don't think it would be too out there for there to be a parliament, even if it's never mentioned in canon as far as I know. (But see the "Sovereign Objection" fanfic for a great example of a parliamentary system and constitutional monarchy.)

I wonder what other powers there might be within Equestria, such as guilds or local councils.
