• Added the action or skill (in brackets) before roll for success messages.

  • Guest usernames should now persist over a session.
• On the Config screen:

  • Streamlined the Load game button to redirect to the saved page instead of only loading session data.

Celebrating eight years of d20 Pony!

• Changed the layout of the Quest screen's pages to a more intuitive design, and rewrote the quest log in second person to match the rest of the story.
• On the Config screen, added a Background option to switch between the default website theme, and a new Classic theme inspired by the original d20 Pony website. This one is dedicated to those who have been on this adventure for a long time!
• Added new colour themes: Cloud and Evening.
• Fixed a display error with the Interactive textbox where navigation buttons would appear on posts with only one paragraph.
• Fixed some typos in the story.

• In the comments, typing a date in the format YYYY-MM-DD now creates a link to the corresponding page. This change is retroactive.
• On the Status screen, added a General section which consolidates information provided by items in the inventory.
• Renamed the Game screen to File for clarity.
• Optimized config options to reduce bandwidth usage. Due to this change, all users' themes have been reset. Sorry about that!
• Fixed some old comments that appeared cut off due to a character limit.

• The Config screen now has a new Character colour coding option which displays a coloured flag next to known character names in dialogue. If you have trouble keeping track of who is speaking between Moonflower and Moondancer, or Novelty and Justice, then this option is for you!

• The Config screen now has a new Interactive textbox option which allows to read the story one paragraph at a time.
• Navigating between posts using the Previous and Next buttons should now anchor the browser to the post's title, instead of scrolling up to the top of the page.
• If JavaScript is enabled, the [Ctrl]+[←] and [Ctrl]+[→] keys can now be used to navigate to the previous and next posts respectively.
• Fixed a bug where login, config and game data would not save properly in some browsers due to duplicating web cookies. If you experience further issues, please contact the quest master about it.

d20 Pony accounts are now available!

• A d20 Pony account offers the following features:
  • Set a profile picture to stand out in the comment section;
  • Receive email notifications when a new page is posted;
  • Receive email notifications when your comment has been replied to.

  You can register by clicking Register in the comment section.

• Disqus has been replaced with an independent comment system.
  • The new comment system allows readers to participate with or without an account. Note that guest comments will only be publicly displayed once they are manually approved by the quest master.
  • Comments that are counted as a command will hereafter display a red dice next to the username.
  • All previously existing comments have been moved to the new system. If you have an account and would like to reclaim your old comments, please contact the quest master about it.

  Apologies to the few who favoured Disqus. It wasn't meant to be!

• The Contact page now displays an email address which may be used to contact the quest master about d20 Pony-related matters only.
• Removed the Autoload comments option from the Config screen.
• Changed the non-themed font.

The Item screen has been improved!

• A character's equipped containers are now displayed as separate subsections.
• The visibility of the contents from each container can be toggled by clicking on the container's name.
• When relevant, a container has its capacity displayed in parenthesis next to its name.
• A new Storage button has been added at the bottom of the screen, which can be used to view all stored items from anywhere in the world.

Character references are now available!

• The About screen now has a new Party members option. Check it out here!
• Each entry may contain:
  • A short description of the character;
  • A character sheet with true coat, eye, and hair colours;
  • An image file of the cutie mark on a transparent background.
• For now, only Moonflower and Trailblazer references are available.

d20 Pony has moved to its own website!

• The story is now available on Equestriart Network.
